Yes! We offer buffet style catering. Our chef and brewmaster worked together to create an in-house catering menu featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, wood fire-smoked meats, and dishes made with Alamo's signature beers. Our catering menu is available upon request.

If you are interested in our in-house catering, please communicate this as soon as possible so we can confirm availability with our chef. Final selections, quantities, and payment in full are due no later than 2 weeks before your event.

No outside food. Catering is welcome but subject to a $3 per-person fee plus sales tax. Should you utilize an outsider caterer, we ask that you please keep us apprised of the company you've selected; must be licensed. You are welcome to bring in celebratory desserts (cake, cookies, cupcakes, brownies) for your guests at no additional charge.

If ABC has not already arranged live entertainment, you may coordinate a musician, DJ, or other entertainment for your guests with the approval of ABC management. We are happy to provide you with the names of local musicians and DJs who have performed here in the past. The client is responsible for any associated costs. Because live entertainment is subject to the discretion and approval of ABC, please make us aware as soon as possible if you plan to schedule a performance.

Only our All-Inclusive Alcohol Package (see below) does give guests the freedom to bring in outside spirits with a TABC-certified bartender.

We can usually accommodate requests to open or close an hour or two outside of regular beer hall hours. Additional charges may apply.

If you are interested in purchasing drinks for your guests, we offer the following options:

1. Open tab: Drinks will be added to a group tab as ordered.
2. Beer tickets: This is similar to an open tab, but limits the number of drinks each guest can order on the event tab. You will be given tickets to distribute to your guests, who can then redeem them for a drink of their choice. This is ideal for groups wanting to cover the cost of their guests first 1 or 2 beers, but then have their guests pay individually for any drinks beyond that. (only during your pre-arranged event time)
3. All-Inclusive Beverage Package: 3 hours of open-bar access. This is the only option that also allows clients to bring outside liquor with a TABC-certified bartender.
4. VIP Tour Package: If you're looking for a unique, memorable, and fun way to entertain your guests, this package is for you! Guests will receive a private tour of the brewery, beer sampling, and a souvenir glass. The format of the tasting will depend on the size of your group but frequently comprises of Flight Tray or 2 full-pours of their choice.

20% gratuity will be applied to each of these options.

In the beer garden, we have 2 sets of corn hole, large Connect-4s, giant Jenga, and washers. We also have a game wall with a variety of games for guests of all ages.

A signed contract, a 20% minimum deposit, and a signed credit card authorization form are all required to secure your date.
